Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
An arm lift procedure, also known as a Brachioplasty, is the surgical removal of excess skin and fat in order to reshape the upper arms.
Candidates for an arm lift include people whose skin under their upper arms have become sagging and loose, either due to age, weight loss, or weight gain. Targeted liposuction and the reshaping of tissue in the arm lift procedure is used to give the upper arm a more attractive, natural shape.
Arm lift surgery is often done in conjunction with a body lift, also known as post-bariatric surgery, or the surgical reshaping of the body after significant weight loss.
