James D Namnoum, MD is looking for a full time first assist (RN, NP, or PA-C)
Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

1. Must be a Georgia licensed PA-C, NP or RN with certification as a surgical assistant.
2. OR experience is a must.
3. Excellent customer service and patient education skills.
4. Position is 1st assist to surgeon in all operations and office procedures.
5. Call duties on nights and weekends, clinic and surgery hours are Monday - Friday.
6. Plastics, cosmetic, skin care, and or injectables/fillers experience is a plus.
7. Patient rounds, maintain medical records, inform patients of lab results, patient paperwork.
8. History and Physical paperwork and examinations.
9. Doctor sees patients in the main 975 Northside Atlanta office and has hospital privileges in North Atlanta hospitals and OR's.
10. Coordinate surgical and medical activities with the medical secretaries.

PRN FLOOR/OFFICE NURSE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Interviewing with new patients.
2. Preoperative and postoperative teaching.
3. History and physicals, paperwork and examination.
4. Taking photographs.
5. Assists physicians with examinations and treatments.
6. Completing proposed surgery forms.
7. Setting up and assisting in minor surgical procedures and clean-ups.
8. Treatments of suture removal, drains, dressings, aspirations, etc.
9. Assisting with dental models.
10. Taking and processing of x-rays.
11. Returning patients’ telephone calls.
12. Telephoning in prescriptions.
13. Counting narcotics.
14. Seeing nurse patients.
15. Emotional support.
16. Housekeeping.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Active Certified Registered Nurse in good standing
