What this Privacy Policy
Covers
This Privacy Policy covers Atlanta Plastic Surgery's (APS) treatment
of personally identifiable information that APS collects when you
are on the APS site and when you use APS's services. This policy
also covers APS's treatment of any personally identifiable information
that APS's business partners share with APS or that APS may collect
on a partner's site.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies
that APS does not own or control, or to people that APS does not
employ or manage

When you register with APS, we ask for your name, address, phone
number, and email address. Once you register with APS and sign in
to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
APS uses information for two general purposes: to
fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to
contact you about specials and new products with your permission.

APS will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information
to anyone.
APS may send personally identifiable information about

or service you have requested;

Information and Preferences
APS gives you the ability to edit your APS Account Information and
preferences at any time by emailing to aps@atlplastic.com,
including whether you want APS to contact you about specials and
new products.
You may request deletion of your APS account by sending
email to aps@atlplastic.com
with your personal information and request.

In certain areas APS uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect
data transmissions for your privacy and security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
APS may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial
changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify
you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
