Now in his 20th year of plastic surgery in Atlanta and his 24th year in plastic surgery, Dr. Frank Elliott is world renowned for his contributions to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, including breast enhancement, endoscopic brow lift, facelift, eyelid rejuvenation, and liposuction. He has been board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1984.
Dr. Frank Elliott has introduced new techniques in breast reconstruction, as well as significant advances in the TRAM flap method (breast reconstruction using the abdominal tissue). He served as Program Chairman and Director of the internationally recognized Breast Surgery Symposium in Atlanta from 1988 to 2004. With his knowledge of the most advanced techniques in ultrasonic and traditional liposuction, Dr Frank Elliott, along with his Italian colleagues, have developed a unique system of cannulas which allow for tiny incisions, less dimpling, less pain and faster recovery. His limited scar mastopexy (breast lift) with or without implants offers a woman more youthful uplifted breasts with less scarring than previously possible.
