Dr. Jim Namnoum has wide experience in cosmetic surgery of the breasts, body, and face. He has lectured widely throughout the U.S.A. and internationally on topics covering the full gamut of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the breasts and body.
As a leader in the field, Dr. Namnoum’s reputation and commitment to advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery has allowed him the opportunity to trial many of the industry’s newest technology for all areas of the body and face. Because Dr. Namnoum is among the first in the nation to have access to these advancements, his patients are also among the first to have access to the cutting edge technology designed to enhance overall patient experience.
Dr. Namnoum has a special interest in breast augmentation, management of implant-related complications including synmastia and malposition, mastopexy using short, cosmetically hidden scars, and breast reconstruction. He has wide experience in body contouring, including abdominoplasty, trunk lift, buttock enhancement with fat transfer, buttock lift, and liposuction. He utilizes the latest innovative techniques in facial aesthetic surgery, including endoscopic brow lift, midface rejuvenation, face and neck lift, and TCA skin peels.
Dr. Namnoum is also the Medical Director of the AYA Medical Spa and has wide experience in the treatment of aging changes of the skin utilizing minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Namnoum performs many adjunctive cosmetic procedures such as fat transfer to the face and lips, BOTOX®, and Restylane® for facial lines and wrinkles.
A graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Dr. Namnoum completed General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by a Fellowship in breast surgery with Carl Hartrampf, M.D., a pioneer in breast reconstruction. Additionally, Dr. Namnoum is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of numerous societies of plastic surgery, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgery, the Medical Association of Atlanta, and the Medical Association of Georgia.
Dr. Namnoum's team includes Cindi White, who has been his administrative assistant for eleven years and Allison Manning, R.N, who has been with him for nine years. Dr. Namnoum and his team have a philosophy of providing the utmost, personalized attention and care for every one of his patients. He and his team are dedicated to personalized, excellent patient care – focusing on providing a warm, caring, and supportive environment for all patients.
Dr. Namnoum is married to Anne B. Namnoum, M.D., with whom he has six children, ages 9 to 18 years. Interests other than plastic surgery include cooking, reading, fitness training, and looking after his children. He is a wine enthusiast.
Dr. Namnoum is affiliated with the Northside Sandy Springs Outpatient Surgery Center, Northside Hospital, Piedmont Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Hospital.
