Philip H. Beegle Jr. M.D. – Available at Atlanta Plastic Surgery’s Northside and Newnan locations, Dr. Phil Beegle specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, as well as facial plastic surgery. In honor of his contributions to breast reconstruction microsurgery techniques, Dr. Beegle was elected to the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. Franklyn Elliott, M.D. –As the reigning director of the Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium for 14 years and co-director for 8 years, Dr. Frank Elliott is well known for his experience performing plastic surgery of the face, breasts, and body. Dr. Elliott has been performing liposuction since its introduction in 1984. However, he is most noted for helping to developrevolutionary breast reconstruction techniques including the TRAM flap method of breast reconstruction. Fernando D. Burstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P. – While his pediatric and adult reconstructive surgery patients love his attention to optimizing their complete medical wellbeing, Dr. Fernando Burstein’s expertise with the natural contours of the face also yield outstanding cosmetic facial plastic surgery results. Aside from publishing numerous articles and book chapters, Dr. Burstein was also recognized as a Top Doc in the Atlanta area this year (for his 7th time). Joseph Kerwin Williams, M.D. – Aside from his special interest in aesthetics of the face and body contouring procedures, Dr. Joseph Williams is dedicated to helping patients with congenital defects (birth defects) or traumatic injury in need of reconstructive plastic surgery Dr. Williams completed his fellowship in pediatric and craniofacial surgery at New York University. Dr. Williams serves as Associate Professor at Emory, is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, and is the Director of Research at the Center for Craniofacial Deformities. James D. Namnoum, M.D., F.A.C.S. – Experience ranging from cosmetic surgery of the breasts, face, and body to reconstructive breast surgery, Dr. Jim Namnoum is committed to advancing aesthetic and reconstructive medicine. Dr. Namnoum completed a breast surgery fellowship with Atlanta Plastic Surgery’s own founder, Carl Hartrampf, M.D. and has since served as co-director of the internationally acclaimed Atlanta Breast Symposium and currently serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery for St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta. Allyson B. Maske, M.D. –Specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breasts, Dr. Allyson Maske also performs aesthetic surgery of the face and body. The mother of two young children, Dr. Maske also enjoys aiding patients in restoring their pre-baby appearance after pregnancy through procedures like liposuction, tummy tuck, and cosmetic breast surgery. After completing her residency in general surgery at Vanderbilt University, Dr. Maske completed her plastic surgery residency and received specialized training in plastic surgery research and burn care at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Maske has served Atlanta Plastic Surgery patients for seven years. Outside the office, Dr. Maske utilizes her expertise by assisting at professional association functions for the Atlanta Breast Symposium and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in addition to being a full-time mom. Dr. Maske goes outside the world of healthcare to support her community by volunteering to assist with her neighborhood swim team and her children’s Tophat Soccer Club team.
