Atlanta Plastic Surgery Surgeons Prepare for 40th Annual Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium
We are so excited to announce that some of the board-certified plastic surgeons of Atlanta Plastic Surgery, P.C. will be playing prominent roles in the upcoming Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium. This annual event, hosted by the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (SESPRS) offers plastic surgeons from around the world the opportunity to meet, network, and educate on matters pertaining to cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. While always a highlight of our year, this year is extra special as it marks the 40th anniversary of the conception of the event!
This year’s Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium will take place from January 31st to February 2nd 2025 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead. The main theme for this year’s Symposium is “Empowering Confidence in Breast Surgery.”
The Atlanta Breast Surgery Symposium was originally established by our practice co-founder, Dr. Carl Hartrampf. Over the years, the event has grown and expanded to include over 100 industry experts from countries all over the world. Techniques and knowledge that were developed and shared at this event have helped countless patients through the years. We are honored to once again have some of our board-certified plastic surgeons playing active roles throughout the event.
This includes Dr. James Namnoum and Dr. Franklyn Elliott, who will both be serving as Program Co-Chairs. Dr. Michael Mirzabeigi, will also be an active participant, performing a live secondary breast reconstruction procedure. All three doctors will also be presenting lectures and moderating panel discussions throughout the weekend.
It’s hard to believe that an event that started with such modest beginnings can be going this strong and celebrating its 40th anniversary. It’s a testament to all the hard work that has gone into the Symposium through the years, and we can’t wait to see everyone in attendance once again.
