Meet Dr. Williams’ Medical Team
at Atlanta Plastic Surgery, P.C.
Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Stefanie Hush grew up in Marietta, Georgia and was inspired to enter the medical field by her mother, who is still a pediatric floor nurse at CHOA-Scottish Rite. After completing her undergraduate work at the University of Georgia, Stefanie went on to receive her Masters in Medical Science from the graduate Physician Assistant Program at Mercer University, where she completed no fewer than eleven separate surgical rotations. Now she works alongside Dr. Joseph Williams, assisting in the operating room, performing physicals, facilitating patient appointments, and conducting weekly pre-operative consultations.
Stefanie finds being a Physician Assistant to be extremely fulfilling, and considers herself lucky to have the opportunity to work with both children and adults, improving their lives in many ways through surgical intervention. “Dr. Williams is both an amazing surgeon and person, and I have learned a great deal from him,” she explained. “The job can be demanding at times, but his passion for craniofacial surgery and his caring nature toward patients and parents makes it worth it.”
In her free time, Stefanie enjoys cooking, baking, and crafting. She also engages in a variety of outdoor activities like running, swimming, and camping with family and friends.
